FULL-SERVICE DESIGN

Renovations | Remodels | New Construction

$75/hour ($2500 minimum)

Our Full-Service Design includes coordination of site, architecture, landscape, and lighting design. Andrea Phillips Interiors prepares the floor plan renderings, specifications of finishes, colors, fixtures, and furnishings through concept boards, and also includes coordination related to custom fabrications such as specialty millwork, furnishings, and artwork from concept through installation. Full-Service Design consists of the following phases:


Discovery Meeting

For this initial meeting, we ask that you bring any inspirations you've collected in whatever form. We'll add a few of our own based on our preliminary understanding of your design goals, project location, and parameters. This meeting sets the tone for your project and establishes your core concept goals.


We will leave this meeting with a shared understanding of your design goals, budget, schedule, and general design direction. We follow up with a preliminary meeting memorandum for your review, feedback, and approval.


Design Phases

During the next two phases, Schematic Design and Design Development, we explore layout options, interior and exterior design concepts, color, and material options with you. We gradually move toward a more detailed design and use visualization tools, images, and physical samples that most effectively communicate the design to you. We again document your decisions through memos, concept boards, and images before proceeding.


Design Documentation

While the previous phases fix the interior and exterior design, this phase documents your design decisions and the project's detailed requirements in formats to communicate design intent and construction requirements.


Construction Phase

We continue as your professional advisor and guide during this crucial phase when those team members responsible for construction "translate" the design documents into their built form. The reality of construction and fabrication requires the builders to add layers of additional detail not feasible in design documents. We work with them and with you to maintain the design quality, review and approve samples/mock-ups, and review the construction at periodic stages to confirm conformity with the design documents.

Interior Design Á La Carte  

$75/hour ($1500 minimum)

This service option is perfect for the person who wants a designer's touch to put together one space at a time.  

The best time to bring a designer on board is before making big purchases (i.e. new furniture, flooring installs, etc.), or committing to a color (i.e. fresh paint job).    

It's difficult to keep focus, and not get sucked down rabbit holes of everything aesthetically pleasing while narrowing down selections for a new space.  From furniture to functionality, light fixtures, paint color, wallpaper, area rugs, accents, and more - it can all become very overwhelming rather quickly. 

To avoid unnecessary hassle and frustration, you need a professional. We can help you save time and money, as well as accurately execute the design you envision.  

Get Started by completing our Design Questionnaire, which will give us the preliminary information we need to see how we can best serve you.  We will then follow up with you via phone or email to further discuss details and send a contract for your review.  Completed in its entirety, the information, photos, and measurements from our Design Questionnaire are often sufficient for us to conduct a consultation remotely. However, we are always happy to do an in-home consultation for clients who prefer to meet and review their space with us in person.  There is a one-time consultation fee of $500 for this service, due at the time of booking.  

After we receive the signed contract and retainer, our creative process begins by conceptualizing ideas to optimize the space, improve its functionality, and incorporate your desired style of choice. We communicate these ideas to you via Moodboards and/or Floorplans. Upon your approval of the design concept, we begin making selections for you to choose from.  Once selections are confirmed, the procurement process begins.  Finally, installation, styling, and 'after' photos complete the project.

STAGING

Staging Consultation $250
Home Staging Packages starting at $2500

Staging a space for presentation is the best way to gain interest and appeal to the majority of potential buyers, while cutting down the amount of time a listing sits on the market by an average of 73%.


There are two types of staging: Occupied Staging and Vacant Staging.

Occupied Staging involves staging a space with the existing furniture, while additional accents and décor may be incorporated for a general appeal to the masses. 

Vacant Staging, as the name suggests, is for vacant listings, in which all the rooms are empty.  It is difficult for most people to envision how well their things will fit into a space and/or how much space will remain once their items are in there.  

Staging a space is essential because, done right, it can bring any room to life, make the space look bigger and more inviting, and ultimately help potential buyers envision themselves living in the space.  

For Staging Consultations, we begin by walking through the property's interior and around the exterior, where necessary improvements and recommendations will be discussed.  A report is then generated, broken down room-by-room, listing the suggested plan for each.  We then review the budget and determine the best plan of action via contract.

$2,500 Standard Staging Fee/ $3,500 High-End Staging Fee for vacant homes 1,500 - 2,500 sq ft ($500 for each additional month).              

At this rate, we stage the main living areas of the home that potential homebuyers tend to focus on most, including: 
-1 Living Area
-1 Dining Room/ Breakfast Bar
-1 Kitchen/ Breakfast Nook
-1 Master Bedroom 
-Up to 2 Bathrooms


*ADD-ON’s
Additional rooms and areas (i.e. bedroom, loft, office, patio, etc.) may be added to the staging scope at any time for an additional fee (prices may vary depending on size and scale)

Additional travel costs will be incurred for locations extending beyond the Metro Atlanta area.

This fee does not include any items or recommended upgrades that stay upon sale of the home (i.e. light fixtures, architectural pieces, hardware, etc.). 

We offer stellar procurement as part of our design services at $75/hour, which you are encouraged to take advantage of at any time, for your upgrade items or otherwise.  

*Select rooms/ areas of Client's choice can be staged and are priced based on size and scope.

3-D Model & Concept Design | starting at $375

Our E-Design service includes: 
• Selection and specification of colors, fixtures, and furnishings (w/ links to assist with purchases)
• Review of existing facility and recommendations for design edits, solutions, or upgrades
• Development of new design concept, direction, and strategy
• Spatial planning with suggested layout/furniture placement options​

• Final Concept design rendering

How Our E-Design Works
Get Started by completing our Design Questionnaire. Completed in its entirety, the responses, photos, and measurements from our Design Questionnaire will provide all the information I would gather during an on-site consultation. Based on the information and specifications received from the questionnaire, my work begins in designing the space, or property.


Flat E-Design Fee begins at $375, depending on scope and scale of project.

DIY DESIGN CONSULTATION

Limited Consultation & Strategy

*$500+ (w/ in-person consultation) | $375+ (w/ remote consultation) 

This design service is perfect for you if: 

1.) You already have the furnishings you want to use in the space.

2) You need a designer's take on how to freshen up the aesthetic to achieve a particular vibe, rework the furniture placement for a more functional flow, or make the space feel more cohesive. 

3.) You can execute the design plan on your own once formulated.


This Limited Consultation and Strategy service may include the following: 
• Review of existing facility and recommendation of design edits, solutions, or upgrades
• Development of design concept, direction, and/or strategy
• Selection and specification of colors, fixtures, and furnishings (may include links to assist with purchases)
• Suggested layout/ furniture placement options
• Step-by-step "To Do" checklist

The Consultation can take anywhere from 1-3 hours, depending on the size of the project.  This is where we meet, complete a walkthrough of the area(s), and discuss your objectives.  A report may be generated to list and detail the specifications.

*Price is per room/space and may increase based on the scope of work and/or room size. An accurate rate will be presented in the Project Proposal after the consultation.

Allow us to transform your space into the winter wonderland of your dreams.  From trimming the tree to decking the halls, we'll be caroling all the way - not really - well..., yeah, probably! 

We love the holidays, no matter the occasion (Easter, Autumn, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Hanukah, Kwanza, Christmas, New Year, and more!). We can bring your vision to life,  spreading holiday cheer in the main living areas of your home (i.e. porch, foyer, dining rooms, living/family rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, basements, etc.) or throughout the common areas of your commercial space (i.e. entrance, lobby/reception, hallways, break rooms, restrooms, meeting/conference rooms, etc.).  

So whether you already have all the decor but lack the time or expertise to give your space the amazing setup you know the occasion deserves, or you want to start from scratch to create a spectacular scene for making spirits bright, we will work with and for you to make this year's occasion exceptionally remarkable and one to remember!

Price and length of time varies depending on scope and scale of project.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not professional outdoor light installers, so we do not currently string lights from the eaves of rooflines or any exterior elevations in excess of 10 feet from the ground or in areas that present a significant safety risk. We can, however, outsource this service, or provide referrals upon request.

This option ensures the spaces we have designed for you continue to look just as new as the day we completed the install.
Moving things around from time to time will renew your space, and keep it interesting and visually stimulating.

Functional Solutions for Your Lifestyle


$75/hour

Sometimes, no matter how many times you try to rework a space to get organized or decluttered, it just doesn't work out; and this can be for a number of reasons.


Part of it may be psychological - sometimes we have a tendency to subconsciously hoard things until it becomes overwhelming. We may find it difficult to come up with a system for purging or creating and maintaining order.


Sometimes we're just thinking about it too hard and it just takes a fresh perspective from someone on the outside.  


Even still, we may lack the discipline to take 5 minutes a day or 30 minutes a week to adhere to a system.  


Another factor may be that we overbook our schedules or bite off more than we can chew, and once we actually get to that 5 or 30 minutes of designated time in our day, we're absolutely exhausted.

Lastly, procrastination may have somehow found its way into the equation!
